Seriously though. Measure your head. Take an empty 12 pack box, cut off one side leaving the handle. Then slip it over your head with the handle part protecting your nose, like a nose guard. Wear this into your local shop that carrys helmets and ask to be fitted.

Helmet must be moving to cause that much goggle movement. Your helmet isn't tight enough..? unlikely the goggles are moving much unless the strap is way loose, and not making contact with your face.

You're not trying this in anti-gravity are you?? It could explain why your goggles are floating above your face...

On a serious note dude, throw that helmet in the trash and buy a real one. Thank me later.

Aye, sounds like your issue is the helmet, not the goggles dude.

When you put on a brand new helmet it should fit a little tight, not too thight but not loose either. The inside of the helmet will form to your head the more you wear it. Which means if it's too loose when you put it on the first time it won't get any more comfortable. If it's too tight than it will remain too tight. So find a size that's a little bit tighter than perfect.

I have trouble with a lot of goggles doing that. Smith seem to be the only one's that don't.

Perhaps your particular head shape helps the goggles in the upward position? Just sayin
