And if anyone was talking that much smack about me on Thursday, you'd better believe you're gone get run on Sunday. At least MM wasn't a pussy, and gave us a wicked show for a few laps. What Rossi did doesn't take talent or strength, he did the racing equivalent of crying uncle.
Just to be clear, I agree that Rossi made his problem. Your character assessments we don't agree on, but not agreeing with two people who themselves are pretty far apart on this is like a party.

To take Rossi out of the running and clinch the Championship.
If Lorenzo wins an injunction, CAS does't hear the appeal, 42 starts at the back of the grid.

What injunction are you talking about with respect to Lorenzo? Clearly he wanted to argue his interest in having the FIM ruling upheld, but I can't see intervention going beyond that. He just needs CAS to rule that it's not their place to substitutute their judgment for the FIM if the FIM followed its rule book.

Intervention, injunction, whatever you want to call it, you agree and say it yourself.
All he needs I'd for CAS to rule it's not their place to heat the issue and Lorenzo practically has the Championshp handed to him.

Man, I can see the lawyer coming out in you on this one.

"All he wants is for them to rule is it's not their place to substitute FIM judgement".
Really? Is that all?
Now how could that change anything.

What the heck is Lorenzo sticking his nose in it anyway, just proving he wants to win it anyway he can.
Effin guys wasn't anywhere in sight if the issue at hand.
What a twerp.

Lol, true. I just can't see how the retaliation will not get punished. Awful precedent if the suspension is removed, but at least it will be more entertaining for us.

And why am I seeing constant references to Alex Rins Motogrady? #42? Lol.

If penalty sticks, the future of MotoGP will be filled with teams filing protests for taking line away. It could get messy.

Yeah, and if MM keeps up the crap like he has, someone's gonna get hurt, and not a little.

Look at Assen, look at this event, the jerk is out there ramming people.

He deserves all the smack that comes his way.

Show any example of someone taking 20 feet of line and 50 km/h off a turn, in motogp or world WSK.

It's unprecedented, without penalty. I can guarantee the riders do not want that going on again.

If it's not in the rulebook it's not a rule.

http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2015/11/03/movistar-yamaha-issue-reply-to…

YAMAHA CALLS HONDA LIARS!

After Honda Racing Corporation issued a Q&A with Nakamoto, Movistar Yamaha have issued their reply as they seek to clarify the situation.

Movistar Yamaha have replied to the press release issued by the Honda Racing Corporation earlier this week.

We refer to the press release issued by Repsol Media Service on Sunday 25th October 2015, titled “Pedrosa wins and Marquez crashes after unsportsmanlike kick from Rossi”, as well as the press release issued by Honda Racing Corporation on Monday 2nd November, titled “Q&A with Shuhei Nakamoto, HRC Executive Vice President”.

Yamaha would like to express its disagreement with the words that have been used to report on the incident between riders Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez.

Both press releases included words that accuse Valentino Rossi of kicking Marc Marquez‘s bike that is something not proven by the investigation of the Race Direction.

We therefore reject the wording used in the said published statements that do not correspond with the findings of the Race Direction.

Yamaha has no wish to enter into further discussion regarding this unfortunate affair and our desire is to conclude the 2015 MotoGP season in the best possible way.

We go to Valencia with the clear intention of trying our best to win what we hope will be a memorable final race with all riders and teams competing in an exemplary sportsmanlike manner befitting the top category of motorcycle racing.

He wants to be involved because he has a lot a stake. and Rossi dredged up this Spaniards helping Spaniards thing. But to me, it's losing sight of the forest for the trees in terms of his place in the affair. He has no role to play. The CAS panels have been pretty good about keeping their eyes on the ball in cases. I can't see them getting into the conspiracy thing even if they had a lot of time.

Intervention and injunction are terms of art in the law, and the mean totally different things, one being a process and the other a remedy. So, for me, hearing the term in this context for me is a bit like watching a movie and hearing two stoke sounds from a four stroke bike on the screen.

Now you are telling us you can guarantee how all the riders in the paddock feel and think?

How many riders have you talked to this week?

Give us a number, how many.

Here's the rulebook, have fun finding the violation...

http://www.fim-live.com/en/sport/regulations-and-documents/grand-prix/

2. Riders must ride in a responsible manner which does not cause danger to
other competitors or participants, either on the track or in the pit-lane.
Any infringement of this rule will be penalised with one of the following
penalties: penalty points - fine - change of position - ride through – time
penalty – drop of any number of grid position at the rider’s next race –
disqualification - withdrawal of Championship points - suspension.

WTF is Jorge so worried about , like bitching his little case is going to make a difference with the CAS ruling.

Here ya go, Whore -Hay. How 'bout man the fuck up, tell them to let Rossi start on the front row ,along with your little friend Marc Marcrash, and race for the title like the men you are supposed to be.

No, he'd rather cry like a bitch about some one talking a little trash about him.

What a couple of complete pussies Whore - gay and Marcrash are coming off as.

The violation arises from sentence one. It's a judgment call for the race official. We can disagree with it, but the issue legally doesn't ask whether a different decision would reasonable, only whether the decision made by the person responsible to make the call followed the organizations rules. It would interesting to see the arguments, but most appeals lose simply from deference to the officials who dealt with it as it unfolded. I don't see how Rossi gets a reversal on the violation, but maybe there's some hope for mitigating the sanction for the violation.

So basically what you now saying is that we can throw out rule book and penalty`s are given based on how officals feel that day.

That is always the case, get over it. Every application of a rule to a specific situation is a judgment call. It was also a judgment call not to black flag Rossi or make him ride through.

Cool, Let`s hope CAS officials will be in a good mood, satisfied by their wifes or boyfriends or girlfriends.

Which ever way they rule, this will be used as a precedent. MotoGP is headed for a dark days.

The Spanish Rider - Sponsored by the Spanish Company - Successfully disturbed the Italian rider so that the Spanish Ruling body gave the exact amount of points to destroy the Italians Championship hopes at the Final race in Spain - The anxious Spanish Championship hopeful nervously employs his attorneys to ensure THE plan gets executed to perfection. Perfect execution thus far !

The FIX !

--

Then, just prior to the last World Cup, Lord Triesman, who was the head of the English Football Association, resigned his post after a recording surfaced of him speaking about how Spanish football authorities were attempting to bribe referees in the upcoming tournament. As it turned out, perhaps coincidentally, a Spanish referee controversially red carded a German player, costing the heavily favored German team a 1-0 loss to Serbia in the first round. While the defeat didn't prevent Germany from reaching the knockout stage, the irony of the controversy came when Germany lost 1-0 to Spain, who went on to win the entire tournament.

Just the decision on whether to suspend the penalty based on the outcome of a full CAS investigation, due on Friday.

Which makes matters really confusing for anyone, since the penalty was meant to be applied to the 2015 racing license penalty points system.

Marquez says his MotoGP feud with Rossi is uncharted territory

"During my career I have had many battles, but I never have I felt this," said Marquez.

"On that corner Valentino passed me, but then I saw he was completely straight and looking at me and stopping a lot.

"I was just waiting because there was nothing to do at that point and then I saw with his leg he pushed my arm and my front brake, and then I locked the front wheel and crashed."

Well he is sticking to his story(except for now it's his arm also, and then I locked the front wheel)...I guess he never heard of "brake checking" before?
