Looks like he was pissed because he was stuck in the wheel and had to get untangled himself and dude just shoved his bike over before he could even stand up to get it

From the video description. "Partridge was mad at Jaulin because he keep trying to go and throttle while Partridge's leg was still stucked in Jaulin's bike."

Jaulin pulled the clutch and pushed his bike backwards to get patridge's leg out. What more do you expect?
He even remained pretty calm after patridge shouted at him and punched him.

I never understood why, when two people get into some sort of confrontation, everyone else feels the need to take interest, pick a side, and argue that side. Fuck. There's a 22 page thread that is 22 pages of exactly that.

I've never held my throttle wide open with the clutch pulled in knowing my bike wouldn't go anywhere. Just because the wheel wasn't spinning, doesn't mean he wasn't trying to move.

Pissed off because it took so long to get up? More than likely. But the guy is visibly twisting the throttle after he had a look back to see Kyle was in his wheel. What was the point of that? Hoping the exhaust would blow him off?
