Working my way through this amazing thread, I'm on page 56 now lol. Figured I'd post up some pictures of my love-child. 98 motor in 2001 chassis. Nothing special but she's my main bitch.

Thanks man. Hadn't seen it before so I figured why not lol. I have not heard anything about the 95 head and jug on this bottom.......any input? I have it geared 14/48 as I race the TORCS series down here and do a lot of woods riding. Trying to keep a long 1st and 2nd gear for the tight stuff. It moves out for a 125!

Yeah, I had a biddy that rode for a satellite 125 team back in 2000-2001 at that point I guess they had been doing it for a couple of years, but to the best of my knowledge it was just that .......95 cylinder and head. I don't think there was anything else needed.

Thanks Travis, I'm going to look into that when it's time for a top end. I wonder what's different about it? Time to do some digging.

These are my bad boy. Two 1983 YZ125K's. One has been built as a Lechien tribute bike and the other is a Euro, Canada, Australia model. The US model has full Race Tech suspension, Gorr cylinder, Jemco cone pipe, Takasago rims, PVL ignition, DLS front brake etc,,, while the white model has been rebuilt as close to stock as possible, with a little bling in the GPI red silicon hoses. The rims are the originals, but have been powder coated black and laced to nos spoke sets.

Definitely was... I remember reading about it in MXA quite a few times. Yamaha did the same with their 250 races bikes from 95 to 99 I think–94 jug. There was a cool spread of John Dowd's bike and talking about the holeshots they always pulled.

I think so......
First of, sorry for bringing up a old topic. But VD Laar Racing is from the Netherlands. And you will need the complete deal, i have one my self. The tank is different and even bigger to make the shrouds fit. And the seat is from a YZF 250, the subframe is different just like the airbox. If you have any questions about it aks me, i can help you out. And about the Carbon tank, i think the can get you one, or crm karbo.
