Worth fixing up?

I am literally going off this one picture I can see there's alot of parts missing. The current owner knows nothing about it, it's just in her yard and needs it gone. How much you think to get it rideable. Anyone know how many cc and what year? Pretty sure it's 80s something.

If you are just looing for a project to spend time on... Then sure. But as far as a realistic project to invest your time or money, not really worth anything...
