I don't know a thing about F150 suspensions but, when I did the lift on my wife's F350 I installed an adjustable track bar, then had the front end alignment done with new caster correction shims. It rides nicer now than stock and the tires seem to be wearing normal so far.

Now that right there is one good looking truck.....seems like the chassis on the F250 is basically the same as it was 25 years ago.....where the others a continually evolving and making overall changes and improvements....

Are those the fuel revolvers? I had the hostages on my last truck and loved them but the split spokes are a bitch to keep clean. thinking about going with the Mavericks on this one.

HAH!

yeah, i had it aligned the next day as i installed them myself. i've had multiple alignments, balances, rotations... alignments always come back within spec, still balding my tires.

like i said, i'll take the kit off before i buy new shoes. love the truck other than that little issue.

I had a new 2014 f-150 eco boost that was nothing but mechanical and turbo problems. Ford just bought it back from me last week and gave me a new 2015 alum body same engine same everything else. And i have already had a efi issue on the 15!! And I don't like the 15 as well as I did the 14! My new 2015 is going up for sale next week with 300 miles on the odometer. Someone's going to get good deal on a Ford LOL probably going back to a Dodge RAM as I owned one of them for 10 yrs prior to my 14 Ford. No problems ever with my RAM and nothing but problems with the Fords!!!

Damn, that's not good to hear. I've always had fords and the only issue I ever had was a cruise control recall on my '01 supercrew. Hopefully this one doesn't let me down. I will say I'm not completely sold on the ecoboost, which is why I stuck with the v-8 on this one. I'm sure they are fine, but I turn into a bit of a sceptic when more parts get involved.

I just searched 2015 f250 problems and it has me a bit concerned that there may be an issue that the dealers are aware of but don't know how to fix.

Those are Mavericks in 20x9. I got them at Discount Tire and they beat any other price I found plus lifetime balance and rotation. Can't go wrong.

That is a great truck. My best friend has one down the the street and it is a sweet truck. I drive a gmc yukon xl and it is my third one but I'm wanting to try Ford out and test out it's towing strengths. All I do is tow stuff non stop.

Since I've had so many problems with my F-150 I have spent countless hours at the Ford Service Dept. Each time I'm there, the majority of vehicles in for service are the F-250 and F-350's. The Service Director said they are the most serviced due to problems of any of the Fords that they see come into their shop. So that's my word of warning LOL And when I see a truck broke down on the California freeways it's most always a big Ford F-250/350.

Due to my bad Ford experience I will never own another Ford product!

Looking at '15 Chevy Silverado. Was also thinking of looking at F150, but I have a '13 Focus as a daily driver and transmission was replaced once and it's starting to make noises again, they did send a notice that they are expanding warranty due to all the issues with this clutch/transmission, but still pain in the a$$ to take it in for service. Think last ford for a while...

we had a '12 focus for our work vehicle and had the same problem. It would stall out, decide not to go when pulling out in traffic...shit like that. We took it in and they fixed it and extended the warranty, too. Then we sold it. That car was a pile of shit.

Well I almost got the f250 but got a ridiculous deal on a fully loaded 15 Silverado 2500 4x4 diesel. Drove it home from dealer and next drive was a few hours to animal kingdom lodge for our anniversary and my birthday and it is a great truck. Sitting on my balcony watching some giraffes sleep and thought I'd post the new ride. I'm going to put on a 2 1/2" leveling kit when I get home.

You guys are way out of my league with your awesome new trucks but I thought I'd chime in and share something. My dirtbike/atv/utv repair shop is called Motofab Offroad Repair (normally just called Motofab) apparently there is another Motofab somewhere that builds leveling kits because I get about at least 1 call a week from someone with a question about the kit they ordered and they always seem confused when I tell them they have the wrong Motofab. I just got one of those calls a little bit ago actually LOL

It's really simple if you want to do it yourself. You can get all the specialty tools at O'Reilly's. You just pay a deposit and when you bring the tools back you get all your money back, so basically they loan them to you for free. Or you can keep the tools and they keep your money.
Lower front end is your rake for when you tow. Unfortunately most heavy duty trucks already have overload springs, so they look silly. My F-250 is getting that fixed tomorrow .
