I haven't worn Thor gear since 06ish. The stuff was super durable back then. What's the quality like now?

The new prime fit stuff is amazing. It's like having an air conditioned jersey. I just got mine but had a few buddies with the previous stuff and the pants held up well for being so lightweight. I've been wearing core for years and it wears like iron.

I just bought a couple of jerseys a month or so ago and have worn them riding at the track the last few weeks - LOVE them. Cooler temps than my fly jersey or Fox jersey is and very durable. I also have a Thor chest protector I really like as well. It too is very durable. Those are the only Thor gear I have, but what I do have is fantastic. Thinking about getting my next pair of riding pants from Thor.

The core stuff is all I've ever worn before. How's the phase line?
The only set of cheap gear I ever bought was shift. Don't remember the name, but it was junk! Couldn't have felt any cheaper. Same thing with thor?

whats the fitting like compared to other brands? I usually wear axo- I find a lot of kit to be too small on the upper legs (I do a lot of running and used to play rugby so upper legs are a lot bigger than average) - I have to go for looser fitting kit than most do

Phase is good quality except for the leather knee pads.

On the core and phase pants I go up one size. I wear a 32 in everything but always buy the 32 pants. On the Prime stuff its much more forgiving so go with your normal pant size.

Also something I recently learned about the leather on the pants is that if you use oxy clean to wash your gear it pulls the oils out of the leather and turns it into cardboard.
