MXON: what Cooper Webb should do...

I think 2strokerider nailed it the best. Warming up at Glen Helen seems like the smartest move. Get used to the 450 on a track he knows.

cooper doesn't seem one to be intimidated by anyone. he'll be fine without racing the last 2 nationals. who knows, maybe he will line up at the gh gp.

I thought this was going to say something like

Cooper needs to thank the Man up above for the strength to knock those stinky ferners out of the way.

He's going to saw Marvo's fucking front wheel off.

Wouldn't surprise me if he wins a moto at MXdN. He's crackin' right now.

As close as the teams are now days it is not as important to win as it is not to loose a bunch of points. The teams can win with 5 top 3 finishes. You can not win with 3 wins and three bad races. The 7 point wins are a thing of the past.

I'm sure your last predictions about a certain American were way off, did you not learn anything? Wink

I think its a missed opportunity for getting race fit / used to the 450 in a race situation. Granted, glen Helen isn't anything like ernee, but there's no substitute for race time! can practice all you want, more is learned in one race than you can learn in a week practicing! in my opinion

it would be beneficial for all the US des nations team to race the USGP, keep them race fit after the nationals finish. Might be the difference between them being competitive again at the nations or not

Nope. If there were three Webbs, I'd send em all to France this year, and id make Bradshaw the manager. The lukewarm Dungey approach doesn't work.

JGR is already full with three riders.

Star needs Cooper as he's podium/win material and van help Jeremy in the points.

Bloss just had a concussion and is riding a 450, Rock River won't be giving up A-Mart for that.

Logic people, logic.

Let Jeremy Bye...?
I wish Cooper Webb would just go out and RACE TO WIN. He’s already been helping in my opinion.

He fights harder against Marvin than any other rider?
His first race back at Budds Creek, he passed Marvin on the last lap, then the following week claims to have gotten tired and let Jeremy Martin by?
No one else tipped over in that turn at Red Bud, handing the win to Jeremy Martin.
There's another moto I cannot think of now.
Although, the Unadilla crash was real, and I’m glad he is alright.

Some of you act as if Webb has never ridden a dirt bike before. He'll be fine as America whoops the collective Europeans and other foreigner asses. Webb, Martin, and Barcia? Those are three don't give a shit riders and they will show the world a reign of terror.

Good to see that now more people in the US have started taking an interest in the GP's there is not so much agreement he will "smoke the euro's". Some level headed people finally, this time last year it would have (I suspect) been different responses.

I believe Roczen mentioned that he's going to have a minor back procedure after the final outdoors and sit out the US GP, MXdN, Straight Rhythm, and Monster Cup.

He could ride if he wants to as for what I understand. But he said he could probably be not 100% then because of his back and since the nations is a team event it wouldn't be fair with fans and other riders to go not being 100%
Sounds hilarious but it's his decision. He seem to need a break to be fit for $upercross again.

ok. fair enough.
this year has been hard on the riders. all the top guys but dungey had to deal with injuries that required surgery at some point. let's hope 2016 is going to be better.
