He should be criminally charged. People need to control their tempers and learn that it is not OK to put others safety at risk.

Criminal charges indeed.

Does anyone remember who the road racer was that grabbed someone off their bike at speed? This was about 10 to 12 years ago possibly more. Both riders got worked in the crash but I don't remember what the consequences were.

I wonder if that's ever been done in big time motocross... I say big time because, I know it's been done in the mini-dad's race at the old Wilkes County motocross track. Not quite so dramatic a result because, well, the brakes on an XR50 aren't that strong but hey, you gotta do what you've gotta do.

Unknown as I didn't hear any follow up after the initial incident except the guilty part had selective amnesia and didn't remember the incident.
