Worth fixing up?

I am literally going off this one picture I can see there's alot of parts missing. The current owner knows nothing about it, it's just in her yard and needs it gone. How much you think to get it rideable. Anyone know how many cc and what year? Pretty sure it's 80s something.

I offered $40 I guess I will see if they have the missing parts and if the motor has compression.... I've never worked on a bike although I have a good understanding of mechanics. What would be the hardest parts to find?

I would charge her $40.00 to get rid of it for her.

Am I just seeing things, or are both fork legs bent back towards the frame?

Older bikes changed more from year to year so that makes used parts more scarce. I'm guessing side covers and rear fender will be hard to find. Carb is probably junk also.If it's been outside, it will take a lot of work.

Unless you're really wanting a money gobbling project or are in love with that bike, it's not even going to be remotely worthwhile, money-wise.

Parting it out on FeeBay is a pain, but if you get it for $40 you'll make a few bucks.
