Big fan - they look really good. My only hesitation of riding something like that is selling it when I'm done. Resale kills the more-obscure brands. But, really impressed with them and they're supposed to be excellent.

I had a hard time getting rid of mine. I ended up trading my 2012 450rr for a mint 2011 yz250. Best desision I ever made. Not because I dislike the beta, but because I love the 2 strokes. I would love to have a beta 300.
Around here the Betas are bringing good money on resale. Guys that I know that have them have no problem getting rid of them. The 300RR is one of the best woods bikes I have been on.
Just looked at my local Beta dealer's website. Their "sale" price on a '15 300 RR is $9799!!
Wow is that expensive for a 300 2-stroke. I would assume that any GOOD dealer will work with that price, but I didn't realize their MSRP was that high to begin with.
The few folks I spoke to that own a Beta really like them........more so the off road ( Hare Scramble, GNCC) guys here in New England rave about the performance.

That's got to be a misprint. MSRP on the 2015 300RR is 8199.00 and the 300RR Race Edition is 8799.00. Or, they just marked the price up on it, and if that's the case, I'd look elsewhere. I got a pretty good deal at the South Mountain Cycle shop in Dillsburg PA on my recent 2015 300RR purchase.
Real nice.
Just came back from the official presentation in Italy and got a chance to ride all the bikes, which share a lot of common traits: great looks (I really like the flo red), very neutral handling, real smooth engines. The only things that don't feel absolutely top notch are the Sachs forks and shock. Not bad, but there's better stuff on the market. They're not very supple on small stuff yet you can bottom them pretty easily. They were brand new though, guess there's a way to make things better suspension wise.
Great stuff otherwise and all the bikes worked flawlessly.
