Yea the whole gun thing. I do 3 gun competitions and I doubt half the people that tell me to pull a gun would be able to actually do it....accurately. And without forgetting the safety is on or even if a round is chambered. (Sounds too easy to make that mistake and it happens everyday at those 3 gun comps and nobody's trying to kill eachother there) And if they did they probably couldn't hit someone 10 feet away. Adrenaline and sketchy situations make your fundamentals and accuracy go out the window.

I'm really glad I got scammed instead of having to get into a shoot out with the guys. I did have my sig on me at the transaction. That situation could of got real ugly. Thankfully these dipshits had no intentions of killing anyone. They just wanted a couple bike for free.

These wheelie boys life expectancys are significantly taking a hit. They'll either end up shot, or run over. They will take care of themselves. Atleast they won't ever get a multi million dollar contract from yamaha like they do from professional basketball teams.

It's the hood man. Many a pro baskbetball players come out of the hood! The basketball courts are empty in mount pleasant, Ohio but the streets are full of bikes.

...Even if they fail to show in small claims im sure theyll also fail to pay out any settlement.

Thanks for the input everyone. Time for this one to die.

Snipers should be posted on the top of buildings with a license to kill anyone riding a dirt bike on the back wheel through city streets.

If you know the guy and where he lives why not try talking to him? I mean surely he won't just give the bike back but let him know about the check being a federal offense and let him know your going to pursue action on it, as well as notify the police about the situation. (Police won't do anything but it's a good scare tactic to let him know your going to be getting them involved). He will probably be shocked that you tracked him down. He's also almost definatly already on probation or parole, so he might be willing to work with you. If not do a little research and see if he is on parole or probation and call his PO officer and dig some dirt up on him. You never know, he might cave and just give it back. Worth a shot.
