'03 RM 125 parts

Guys, I just picked up an '03 RM 125 for my son and began the tear down today. The bike was lacking maintenance so I'm needing new bearings and seals for steering stem, swingarm, wheels,
suspension linkage, also need sprockets/chain, chain guide, chain rollers. The clutch wasn't wanting to fully disengage, so now I'm thinking of throwing in some new plates and a clutch cable. Does anyone have the wear limits for drive and driven plates.
The big question I have is where would you all recommend buying parts. I know Suzuki OEM is a little steep. A little direction would be appreciated.

Ebay......Wiseco basket, All Balls bearing kits, maybe RMMCATV for the Primary Drive kit.

Looks at used stuff too, on occasion there's a good deal out there.

I've been seeing the All Balls bearing kits on a few websites, and the pricing and warranty looks nice. I was on Motorsports website, and it appears they have most of the stuff I need with pricing better than Suzuki. Plus I figure I'll try and help those that support our sport.

I have used Pivot Works kits for bearings and they were good. KG is the OE supplier for that clutch so you can save a few bucks and just buy a KG kit online or at your local dealer. You can buy an aftermarket chain guide insert or get something like a TM Designs unit. For chain and sprockets, I like Sunstar but DID etc. are pretty good. I tend to stay away from Renthal Aluminum sprockets because they don't seem too last long.

The 03 has a bunch of parts that are year specific so watch out for Ebay people claiming that a fits all years. A lot of parts go 01 and 02, 03 and then 04 -08.

Well, for convenience I ordered most of the stuff from Motorsports.com. I checked around on pricing and they were right there, plus free shipping and no sales tax.
The next hurdle to clear is stupidity on previous owners part. The two long bolts for the clutch cover have stripped holes. I can drill,tap, and helicoil those, however, the two bolts that hold the case saver around the front sprocket are both broken off just inside the cast. It looks as though I'm going to have to split the cases to straighten this mess out, unless someone has any good ideas. I'll try to get a photo of my issues up in the next day or so.

I'd split the cases anyway since with such an old and neglected ride you'll feel better sending junior out there with a clean bottom end and fresh bearings and seals, maybe a new rod while you're at it.
