We spent today at the 2016 KTM SX-F launch just south of Salzburg. Really impressed with how new and improved the bikes feel. Video review to follow but for now here are some photos:

I almost pulled the trigger on a new RMZ 450 but I've decided to wait for the 2016 SX-F 450. I just hope I don't miss that legendary Suzuki turning.

Hmmm...... My guess, the 250 2 stroke... It's unchanged and if i tested the 15' 250 2 stroke before and tested the 16's today, i'd come in early on that bike too, because there's nothing new... it'd be interesting to hear about if it was one of the new bikes.

it will be light, it will be fast and it will handle well and it sounds like people are figuring out the forks. worst case scenario plenty of people have slapped yamaha forks on them.

plus, you have an excuse to pick up a 150SX!!!

I would like to know if the 125/150 engines are now as good as (or better than) the current yz125 engine with it's broad (for a 125)and torquey feel.

If the 125 was amazing, that should exclude the 150, knowing they're both pretty much the same bike, only difference should be HP and torque. That leaves the 250F and the 450.

It was a little challenging to ride all the bikes (20 minutes on each model and each bike twice) and also run around and capture enough footage for a video in only a day, but anyway, here are my first thoughts on the new 2016 KTM's!

not a bad thing , I road a 15 rmz450 with pr2 suspension and yosh pipe and its probably one of the best 450s I ever road! I ve ridden every 15 450 including the new 15.5 FE. ive never owned a Suzuki but was just amazed on its handeling and motor, and how insane the pr2 suspension was! im a diehard ktm guy, but u can get suzukis dirt cheap,and with a couple mods their straight up AMAZING bikes

If u want something lighter, the best thing todo is drop 10lbs lol, u ride the bike, the bike doesnt ride u lol, either way youll love either bike, the 15.5fe doesnt feel dramatically lighter than the rmz, but being your on an rmz now Its definitly fun changeing it up and the bottom is the deal breaker thats what is the deciding factor for me
