Thunder Dan,
It's Olli, but anyway.. Wink

I don't have the radiators yet. I've been searching 'em from Ebay.

The current ones are wasted:

I've seen few -92 model radiators in Ebay but it seems that there's no any yellow radiator hoses available for 1992 model. Only black:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SUZUKI-RM-125-1992-1993-1994-1995-HIGH-PERFORMA…

Here's one example:

GPI Racing offers some radiator hoses but

Basically three options:

1. Original OEM = extremely overpriced
2. GPI racing
3. Winner racing

Feel free to give me your opinion & help.

thx in advance,
OP

Ooops, sorry about name.

Hmm....

Personally, I think the black hoses would look better.
Yellow hoses would take attention away from that super trick expansion chamber.

Radiators? If you were strictly going for Original finish - than you might pursue the original radiators.
But, you have a few nice aftermarket bits (exhaust, seat cover), then non OEM radiators would seem fine.
As long as they're well made (durable) and feedback from other customers is good.

If you're going to ride / race this bike, then I'd suggest getting non-OEM.

Cheers,

Dan.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I just buy those black silicone radiator hoses. Will definitely buy aftermarket radiators. OEM radiators are way too expensive and the aftermarket product is a bit wider too = cooler engine. Smile

Hey Slingshot.

Badass build man. Thanks for sharing. Im currently restoring a 92 250 that is taking me way too long... However I was hoping you could point me in the direction of that shifter? That is full fledged badassery,

Thanks man!

Still looking for this kind of spare part for my brake pedal. Any ideas where to get one?

Thanks for the link man. cool stuff!

I haven't found anything like that for evo bikes... Its hit or miss with product like that for the era of bikes we are building.. however, If I find something I will send it your way.

They used to have this spare part on 24mx nyt it seems that they've ran out of stock. My plan is to use the original Suzuki rear brake arm and only replace the actual pedal /tip.Don't want to pay any extra for the whole pedal from 24mx or something similar because the new pedal wouldn't fit 1992 model.

Great build!!!
I vividly remember my 92 rm125, I would be happy to do the initial test shake down run on it for you so you could have time to recuperate from the build ok??? Just kidding, but I would be proud of that bike the way it's turning out!!!

You finish the bike, and we'll work something out haha. I'm chest deep in YZs, you deff need this more than I do, and I'd like to see it go on a worthy bike such as your period correct vintage mx gem lol, keep it going man.
