I had a 92 125 a few weeks ago. Paid $150 for it then sold it the next day... Should have kept it. Your bike looks great!

I had a few extra decals so I thought why not. :)

Awesome idea!

I bought it to flip it so I had more cash to spend on my other 3 bikes.

Looking good! I have a soft spot for this era of Suzuki as well. I restored a '92 250, but used a Ceet graphics kit with an FMF motif. One of those "shoulda kept it" deals... :-(

Radiator hoses installed. Got to say that this job was pretty hard. The fitting between re-production radiators and AS3 radiator hoses is not 100% perfect (understandable) so you really have to spend time and effort for connecting them.
The final result on the other hand is pretty good.

Next step. overall bolt tightening / full check, then oils, radiator and brake fluids. First kickstart after january. Smile

Nice! Lol I think we all start out with looking for seat cover and graphics. Stuff is getting so hard to find for 90's to early 00's bikes. Nice build.

I think it was the right way to start. Find the hard parts like graphics and seat cover first. This way you can be sure that the project can be finished.

CrGuy2T....

I have a set of radiator shroud graphics, if you're interested. They are aftermarket, not OEM, but have the same look as the OEM graphics. I also have the number plate backgrounds in yellow, unless you're looking to go original looks. Last but not least, I have an Applied Upper Triple Clamp for the '92 in anodized blue that are NOS. I sold my '92 before I got a chance to use them. Let me know if you're interested in any of it.

Oh, sorry bud I wasn't looking for any parts. I was just referring to how hard it is to find parts for these year bikes and we sometimes catch ourselves building bikes around graphics and such.

Model N is from -92 to -95. I don't think that -91 cylinder fits -93 model. The engine is not the same on 1991 model.

EDIT: Seems to be the same. Wink

Few last OEM parts, including the original warning stickers. These will be used as a reference and we'll make a one-piece reproduction decals from a thicker material. Wink
