"Yeah, no, yeah" kinda bugs me because I'm confused if they are answering the question yeah or no, but I find it hard to give success tips to people rocking out at life more than me (most of us actually).

I know for a fact I'd look like an idiot on world wide TV, probably for something I don't even know I do, because nobody cares. Grammar is a little off but whips are fresh though! They touch the lives of more people on a Saturday than most will in their entire lives, give them a break. lol
I talked crap above, but truth is I would do no better. I have to speak publically all the time and haven't gotten any better at it. Maybe I'm hoping they will stop asking me.
For what these guys just went through (race) and to have a mic shoved into their face immediately after, they do a great job for the most part.

Funny thread. I do agree that saying "we" is giving good credit to the team in it's simplest form. Even saying "we" could potentially shave several seconds off of a podium speech!

Speaking of podium speeches.. I think Weston is a cool cat and no doubt he has nerves in front of the camera. But every time the camera is on him he talks like he just railed a few lines of blow. For a brawny guy like himself, it throws me off every time.
Yep. I agree about weston. I don't know why but I keep expecting some kinda John Wayne type podium speech but It seems more like I'm trying to follow an old Godzilla movie except there's no delay in sound from speech to mouth. Could just be adrenaline or the realization that the podium speech interviews need to be kept short.

Sticking a mic in someone's face after 30 minutes plus two laps is not the smartest thing the networks can do.....
