No, from the looks of it they kept riding on his property looking for the trail. It should've never even got to the point where the guy hit him with the rake. They should've done what you did and turned back around at the first sign that the guy didn't want them there and didn't want to help.

Unless of course if they were tough SOBs like Disbanded or tprice, the esteemed ambassadors to our sport.
yea, I won't disagree with you there. it looked pretty obvious pretty quick ol boy wasn't interested in helping. smart move would have been to just scoot on down the road. you get in some pretty remote areas and decide you're lost, you get to feeling pretty desperate. i can understand hoping this guy could point them in the right direction.

While stationed in Germany in 1973, my buddy and I were riding our CZ’s in an area on post called the V-Area. It was an area for maneuvers….
There was a portion of our course that was really hilly and real blast. It was near a green area that the locals used as gardens. We only rode in that particular area every weekend when we could.
Well one lovely Saturday as we were ripping it up we were attacked by 3 or 4 adult men with rakes and large sections of field fence!!! They ambushed us from around an corner!!! Much like the video they were yelling (in German) and swinging there shit about.
We attempted to be polite and talk – forget it…..we ended up leaving the area. We did not completely end riding there - we did tend to be more aware!!

Ya know how ya draw a map for people real quick like using your index finger and the palm of your OTHER hand.... this man must hate lost people.
