I had an intake valve spring break in my 2013 yz250f . It had a modded motor . The stock valve spring is longer and thinner than the ones in the mod motor . I want to replace the valve and spring with the same one that was in it . The cam has CW0712 laser etched in the side . I thought all motor work was done by pro circuit . I sent them a picture and I was told it was not theirs and they didn't know who's it would be. I need help finding out who makes the Cam so I can get the right replacement parts . Any ideas ?

So who did the "MOD" on the engine? Seems like they would know.

Bought the bike from Vali Motorsports at the end of 2013 it was one of their bikes . I was told Pro Circuit did the work . That was my first contact .

Tokyomods, Hot Cams, Wiseco all make cams for your bike.

I think it's the GYTR cams that are made by Cosworth for Yamaha. They can be bought alone or with the complete GYTR head. Maybe your bike has the GYTR head. Does it have GYTR stamped in the side of the head?

No GYTR stamp on the head . From that pic that has to be the cam . Thanks FGR . Now I need to find GYTR valve springs
