Here's my carburetion i use over here in Switzerland. We are at about the same sealevel but my bikes have the older HPP engines with Mugen kits so it might still differ slightly. My carburetion is based around a very special sized needle which makes for massive gains. I have friends in Italy who tried it too and they couldn't believe how well it worked.
PJ 38:
Main jet: 190 (Using a stock cylinder you might try 185-188-190)
Slow jet: 58
Valve: 60 (By the way: yor valve is very,very worn. The only problem is that it might get stuck wide open....so take care!)
Needle: BGK (3./middle)
Air: 2 turns out
