KX Air screen removal kit

Has anyone used one of these from Pro Circuit or some other company? Is it worth the cost and effort? And would it be feasible for me to make the spacers myself and save the money? Thanks in advance.

I've done a couple for people and it's easier just to buy the spacer. Bolts up perfect.

no toil makes a $40 kit, screenless air cage kit, plastic version, alot cheaper than the twin air kit. .

I have done it myself, and did not use the spacer plate I do not believe it is required. Make sure to get the bike remapped afterwords it runs great

Awesome. Thanks for all your input guys. And yeah that's the one I saw DJFMXpro. It looks like the pieces are made to make up the space of the removed screen piece.
