The packages usually include 4 tickets, all day/night pit pass, team semi tour, track walk, lunch, and a "swag bag"

Has anyone purchased one of these packages before and can say whether is was worth it or not?

4 tickets? It says $750 per person on bto. Sorry JT but I am not the rich enough that that. If it was for 4 I'd do that in a heart beat.

Yeah, I found the BTO packages for $500 per person, but I thought it was a bit high. I did some more looking and found the ones from Road2Recovery offering packages of 4 tickets with similar things.

I already have my tickets for both atlantas and st louis, so I am thinking about getting the vip tickets for indy if they are reasonable.

If a normal ticket is $50, I could see $200 each. But I'm cheap.

If I were JT I'd charge the max I could get.

I'm pretty sure all the rounds are $15 to get into the pits or bring an empty can of Monster with you and get in for free.

A regular pass to the pits is $10 for a ticket, or if you just bring an empty monster can you get in free, 1 per person. Its just for the pit party which is from 12:30 until 6 I believe.

We bought the R2Recovery package for Phoenix last year and it was worth it.
Got to walk the track and sit in the press box, besides all the other stuff.
I would not do it every year, but had a great time and helped a good cause.
The people that run it are Jimmy Buttons parents, and they made everything smooth.

They seem to be offering two packages now. The higher package starts at $1000 and includes press box seating and a signed jersey. The lower price auction starts at $500 and doesn't include the press box or signed jersey, but includes seating in the riders section.

Is the view from the press box any good? Seems like it would be too high up to see too much.

Please don't confuse this with the program I run now. Completely different level of program and experience and no one would ask you to pay $750 for what you are describing.

I have done the BTO Sports VIP Experience twice (SD 13' and Dallas 14') and its worth every $$. I am missing it this year due to work but I will be on it again next year. For the access you get, its not overpriced at all. You feel like part of the team for that day. Everyone on the team is excited to have you there, especially Shorty!

This is Chuck from teh R2R here.. JT$ and I have completely different experiences and there are rounds where we tour the BTO rig with him and he does an awesome job. Our packages are there to give you a level of access that you cant get with normal tickets, closed pit access before and after the event. The tour of rig is always a highlight since you get an inside look at how the team opperates each week and on the road. For the VIP you'll have reserved seating in the press box and an autographed jersey from the listed auction. The riders seating tickets geta very nice gift package from Spy. JT$ has a tour that really lets you feel as part of the team where ours lets you be a VIP person for the day. For the east coast rounds I work very hard to make your day as smooth and fun as possible.
