You can give your opinion and move on instead of debating every opinion that you don't like though. That's all. Guess I just need to stop reading all these MXGP threads because there is too much of you in them. What do we have to do to get a GP specific forum? Don't think I'm going to be able to read all this drivel for a whole season. Wish there was no snow outside so I could just go riding.
Totally agree.
We get it, you think the gps are better and no one in America can understand how great they are and how easy our nationals are. I can't remember the last time one of your gp heroes came over here and won( even though it should be easier) let alone someone from GBR.

Funny thing is I actually love the GPs and am realistic about racing worldwide. Can't stand guys like this, but I know they can't stand the blind patriotic American guys either. I'm not really even patriotic about this land of ours. I was born here, but when it comes to moto, I can't stand reading the anti-American everything BS!

RV is going to win his first two GP Motos by 15 seconds each. It's going to be an instant shut down.

Poor euros are going to be bummed.

By the second Moto it's going to be hard to watch.

For sure and I think I'm realistic about it too. Do I want RV to win, yes. Do I think he will dominate, no. But there's a couple guys that have to comment on anything gp related and there constant drivel gets old quick. I'm sure they get just as tired hearing the other side though.

Can heard AC'snpodium speech now.

" yeah, RV was going good today".
" we have some thing to sort out on the new bike and we will be right there".

Guess what , RV is going to be going good the entire series and with that, all of AC's titles equal jack shit.

He looked to be going pretty slow (slowmo) majority of his part! He will be good. But I just dont think anyone will be close to AC222 and RV2. now on another subject Evengy was looking pretty dang good!

Im sure RVs arrival will give Cairoli some extra motivation but there's a misconception that Cairoli totally dominates the MXGP class. He's not as dominant as RV is in America, certainly not in recent seasons anyway.

In 2013 I think RV went 1-1 seven times in twelve Nationals and won a moto at all but one round; Spring Creek. Whereas Cairoli only went 1-1 six times in seventeen rounds last year. He failed to win a moto at eight GPs, but not because he had one close competitor, there were about four or five different race winners.

The main thing Paulin needs to work on is making his bad days better. If he can do that he has a good chance of winning the title. When he's at his best he's virtually impossible to beat, and he's an absolute joy to watch.
I'd shoot for making the bad days into good days... Makes more sense to me.

That would make more sense. He just needs a bit more consistency

Every pro rider can make a video like this... The question is if they can ride like that from the gate drop to the checkers... We know RV can. If they think they can do pretty floaters and stretching jumps out like that... RV is going to eat them alive... their back wheels were off the ground way too long.

It was a photoshoot to be fair, wouldn't be very spectacular if they didn't get much air would it?

You guys are in for a surprise.. paulin can and will beat RV. He will also beat cairoli this year and he will win the title. I think he would have last year if he didnt get injured. He was absolutely flying when he got back and dominated the MXDN

watch this and enjoy

Herlings should man up and race mxgp. It would be the best series. I think nearly everyone would be more interested it then the american racing.

Everything is in slow motion for a reason...he can beat Villopoto if all goes his way and Ryan has a mediocre start, but no way will he beat him head to head!

The biggest advantage for ryan is that the field is normally only 20-25 riders. So it will be pretty easy coming through the pack.

Paulin sure got the speed to win some motos. But I'm pretty sure the title will stand between Villopoto and Cairoli

Great post, just what these threads need,as well as your crystal ball,or maybe it's just patriotism

I think RV will win the starting Qatar and Thailand style tracks that look like Elsinore etc but the real challenge will come in Europe,it's a shame to have around half the series at new tracks when there are so many great venues ignored.AC isn't young anymore and hasn;t dominated in recent years though,Paulin and Desalle could well have won titles if they'd stayed healthy

I hope RV sticks around for another year when Herlings moves up,he's the fastest Euro on a 250 or 350 and Im a big AC fan but Id love to see that match up

I'm aware of what he is capable of. I have seen most of the MX and SX races the last few years, and witnessed his domination at mxdn 2007 in firsthand. But Cairoli will be around, for sure.

No doubt he's fast and will win races, but he doesn't exactly have a history of putting together complete seasons does he...
