I've always ordered from either BTOsports, Motosport or RockymountainATVMC. I've been browsing through OEMcycle's site and they have some great deals and prices but it has me wondering about their customer service and shipping time. I've heard alot of mixed reviews on the site, but none to rely on.

Any opinions?! Help!

I never had any issues. They sent me the wrong t chain one time but it was an upgrade so I just kept it. By upgrade I mean it was a o ring instead of a standard was all. I think it may take them a day or so to ship but yeah they been good to me

ive bought from them through amazon and it worked out well, but I wouldn't do it if I was in a hurry for parts.

Sounds good! How long is shipping usually? Its winter here, so parts don't need to be rushed to my door.

Ive had no issues with them, have done about 10 orders in the last 3 years. Package arrival in about 10 business days to me in Canada.

I work for OEMcycle. We are a small shop just outside of Knoxville, TN. Feel free to call us anytime with questions. We are heavy into moto and 2 of us will be trying to make LL again this year. The business has grown leaps and bounds these past couple years. -John
