Whats with these mysterious bike problems you guys had at A1 and were there any problems with the bike at Phoenix?

It doesnt seem like the Kawis are getting very good starts this year. Is that one of the concerns and frustrations for Chad this year so far?

Thanks, I'll take my answer off the air.

Reed's lap times were 2 seconds slower than the podium guys. Even if he gets a good start I'm not sure he can hold off the young guns. Don't hold your breath waiting for people to jump back on the bandwagon.

With that said. Chad never is fast until he needs to be. Just like his two wind last year, he didn't have the quickest times in practice or the heat races. I got faith in the dude. 100%

Everyone is attacking the OP in this one. why Is Chad allowed to say whatever he wants(Nothing is ever his fault)? After it became cool to become a Chad Reed fan a few years ago, it has become taboo to say anything bad about him. I'm not saying he's done, he probably; has some descent races left in him; but I also believe his time has come and gone. This is the changing of the guard and it's time for the Roczen/ Tomac show.

Along with the lap time thoughts....

Every time I look at a lap time chart after a race, the lap times always seem to get slower the further down in the field it goes. That just tells me that the cream will always rise to the top, almost regardless of starting position (I know there are exceptions however). Rarely is there a mid pack finisher who has the fastest lap time (or fastest average lap time). If the fastest guy gets a bad start, he seems to always be able to make it to the front by the end of the race.

I know this is sort of off topic, but it sort of crossed my mind when looking at the Phoenix lap times.

As far as Chad goes, I really want to seem him crank it up and do well this season, I just think that the field is super deep and he might not have what it takes to pull off a win. It would be nice to be proven wrong, because I love Chad, I just think he is getting a little long in the tooth
