She did it.
She said some pretty nasty things about her daughter and how she got in the way of her partying.
She's in jail (again) and has had no visits from the family or phone calls, probably because they know all of it is recorded.

I am convinced that party girl liked to fuck and there is a pron video of her somewhere.

I think her father believes her daughter did it, but as a father is trying to protect and support her.
The mother is in total denial and doesn't even think the child is dead

I suspect she was somehow involeved in her daughter's disapearance and probably death. But, to what degree, I do not know. Maybe premeditated or could have been accidental and then a cover up. Grandparents are in a quandry.

I think there's a choice, but most all seem to be injection now.
Especially since that guy cooked for like 10 minutes and wouldn't die (they forgot to wet the sponge)

She's being charged with 1st degree murder, which means premeditation. She thought about and planned the killing.
That is what she was indicted on by the grand jury and that means there is some hard evidence we have not seen to prove that

She researched chloroform on her computer, they found chloroform in the trunk of her car, they conducted a test that confirmed a decomposing body was in the trunk of her car and a hair of her daughters that had the "death ring" on it. The tape of her in jail talking to her family complaining that all everyone wanted to know was where Cayle was and that no one cared about her showed who she cared about. I hope they fry that bitch and forget to wet the sponge.

Well Bob, being from Texas you know how this will probably play out.

Some medium-high profile lawyer will step up, and dismantle the county prosicuter. He'll argue that there is no way a mother of sound mind would kill her own child, and she'll spend a dime in a country club for loons.

I think she did it, but this whole "convicted by the media" thing scares me. They can present opinion as fact and every little piece of circumstantial evidence gets played over and over until there seems to be no doubt.

And who the hell are these protesters who hang outside the house? I think we used to call them lynch mobs didn't we?
