K Dub. Man, that dude left a hole. Classy, fast and all around good dude. Hope he is at a few rounds in the booth or something. Always enjoyed his input. The show must go on I guess. We miss ya KW!

They'll definitely have him in the booth at some point, I don't doubt that at all. I'm sure he misses certain aspects of racing, but I'm sure he's really digging not traveling, being at home with his family, and no longer exposing himself to the injury risk of the sport (especially when he sees it happening to the likes of Wilbur)

Even if he's running in tenth place he adds a level of excitement.

Yeah I cant see any of the guys out there now doing crazy jump combos without Stew hitting it first...

Plenty of combos were hit without Stewart hitting them first. He'll be back soon enough and if not oh well the sport will be just fine. I for one never saw him riding midpack and was excited about it. Enjoy the racing now, we have such a good field this year. It's not like Stewart was anywhere near consistent these past few years. With him and RV gone we now have a chance for a decent battle this season.

well we gotta hope the "battle" starts to happen at phoenix.................cuz sure didn't last week...........and maybe others did insane combos and lines before stewart but RARELY...........he was usually the first one to figure it out............consistency and being the fastest guy on the track are two different things...........it was unfortunate for us, and I'm sure James, that didn't happen

I for one saw him riding midpack and would get super excited. This is why.

In one race, two jump combos no one else was doing. Find me someone else that does the same and ill agree with you.

We've survived missing Stew and RV before, and will now and when they're completely done. So, yeah, it's a bummer to not see them as with any great rider, but I think we'll see some very good racing as it unfolds. Pretty exciting transition from the RC/Reed/Stew era to one with Dungey and Canard as the vets and a crop of very good young guys coming into their prime years together. That's something to enjoy.

Of course if it's Roczen by 10 each of the next six weeks, scratch all that.
