Oddly enough, RV decided to jump ship when the FIM partnered with WADA. . . There are many circumstances around his decision to leave, but you can't help but wondering with the timing.

I get your point though, speculating does no good. And the fact remains that Stewart is the only one with a failed drug test.
Ummm. He 'left' to go race an FIM series
Got it. Didn't think about FIM's affiliation with the GP's. My bad.

There is a shortage of competitors at the Scissor Sprinting World Championships. I'd like to see some of these guys on the starting line.

not one racer is clean.they are all healthy.so healthy, they all have doctors they see on regular schedules...some healthier ones have private doctors!
so, instead of fighting the debate till the horse is beaten battered and become road kill..........
what GREAT REWARD does FIM/AMA/WADA/USADA get out of punishing an athlete...none.

I just got my TUE for TRT. Good luck testing my T levels with a pee test. Don't call it a comeback but lets call it what it is, a comeback.

I was told every NFL player that gets busted says it was adderal to cover up other roids. Could this be the case here since FIM cannot legally say what was discovered?

Read it on F/B?

It must be true. It was in the Internet.

If you take 2 aspirin so as to help your arm pump during a race, you have taken a performance enhancing drug.

What a joke!

If adderall has such performance enhancing effects the. Why is it even on the TUE list then.. Why are you allowed to use it for therapeutic purposes if it has the significance people think

An average Joe can take roids and look like he's never lifted a dumbell in his life
A top level natural bodybuilder can be life time drug free and yet gets acused every day

How people look and how strong they are says nothing ( to a degree)

"The report reminded readers that many NFL players reportedly use Adderall as a cover-up for other drugs. That's because the NFL drug policy doesn't allow the league to say which drug caused a player to fail a test."

Google only turns up thousands of threads on the subject. Idiot

That would be a pretty sweet theory if only they didn't say "presence of a prohibited substance (amphetamine) listed in the category S6. Stimulant" The only thing it would cover up is if he used something else labeled as an amphetamine and claimed it was adderall. If he was trying to cover up the fact he was doing cocaine then looks like you and your group of super sleuths is on the case, but if he was caught doing steroids they wouldnt say he tested positive for amphetamines.

I was asking the question, not making a statement nor stating that's what he was up to. FIM, as far as I know, never stated what he was caught with. JS7's release & the magazines said it was adderal, which is where I was making the NFL link as if you read the NFL links the players state adderal when behind the scenes it could be performance enhancer but no one can legally release what it really was, only the player can open his mouth. Whether it is covering up meth, coke, or just covering their ass for publicity reasons when it was roids. Group of super sleuths? That's funny.

In my opinion the list of banned substances is too vast. Many, many over the counter products you and I can buy are banned.

this is exactly why we need testing. Every time somebody does well there's always that hush hush rumor...' well he's probably taking drugs". This will eliminate that at least. bring on the testing.
