Assembling the 144 kit, but not sure how far down I need to grind out the centercase material? Doing it with the bottom end assembled. Thanks!

As long as you were in there, you should've knocked those two vertical casting seams that are on each side as well as laid back the top edges to match into the gasket where it overlaps.

Yea, had everything masked off with tape to keep chips out, vacuumed and air blasted ro make sure it was clean.

i'd flush out with a solvent a few times and re lube the bearings

I had the the work done by Derek at HPbikes.com , set to run VP 110 or MR2.
Plan to break it in next weekend, then Dyno test it over the winter, with some parts changeouts.
