Broken Ankles/Dislocated Left Ankle (Multiple surgeries, metal in my ankle, external fixator)
The gruesome part was when I had a dislocated ankle and the EMT didn't know that my ankle was broken and attempted to "put my foot back in place"... I'm sure that messed shit up.
Alright I've broken the growth plate in my right knee (or was it my left knee? Who knows)
Broken both of my wrists before. My left one in the bathroom at school in 6th grade thinking I was a G sliding about 15 feet.. my right wrist chasing down my buddy at Piru, then broke both of my wrists at the same time at LACR. I kept "jamming my wrist" but I was rebreaking it since I never got it checked by the doctor. I later rebroke both of them at Starwest, then had it looked at and got a few surgeries on my right wrist. I lost all movement in it for about a year (I still have to chickenwing it LOL)
I've dislocated my shoulder/broke my humerus. I didn't need surgery.
Ah that brings me to my head. I'd estimate my concussion rate at 2 KO's with about 10 additional times I've hit my head pretty damn hard.
There's more, but refer to last paragraph above
Left tibial plateau.
Pelvis (non-displaced.
Right collarbone (x7).
I don't count fingers and toes.

Broke my left Radius clean through with bottom half (hand side) of the bone sitting at a right angle, though was lucky not to pierce the skin, dislocated the Ulna completely from my wrist (right on that little knobbly bit) and smashed up carpals and metacarpals all in the one hit, effectively separating my hand from my arm structurally, just some skin, ligaments and tendons holding it together.
Doing the damage was not fun, but having three nurses and a doctor hold me down while another one pulled it back into place was worse.
went back together ok, and 9 months later had the use of my hand again and by about 5 years got back to about 90-95% movement, tough that knobbly bit on my wrist looks like it will pop out of place any second, cool party trick and has been pretty much fine for 12 years now.
Have broken a few fingers playing football (Aussie Rules) when I was a kid and a teen, and fractured my arm once from falling off my push bike while sitting stationary talking to mates!
1x right wrist
torn meniscus
broken collarbone ( 7 screws)
cracked shoulder blade
3 broken ribs and collapsed lung and heavily bruised chest
Now I'm 4 weeks after ACL reconstruction.... torn my ACL when I was 10 and underwent surgery now, after 12 years
I think my ear bone is about it.....
Right Collarbone 2X
Right Tib
Right Tib Plateau, during of all things...a dad pit bike race (the Plateau is the beast of them all). Right leg is still smaller than the left). No more riding, but the urge to do LL Masters is eating away at me. Life without bikes sucks ass. The only glimmer of hope I have left is to try and obtain one those dumb ass 13.1 or 26.2 stickers for my rear window. I should be lucky I can do 9 miles on my POS 48 year old knees.
Stay safe
Broken left collarbone 3x's
^resulted in a dislocated shoulder first ride back, torn rotator cuff and a shoulder that comes out ~5 times a year
dislocated right knee
torn right ACL
broken right navicular (that really bad wrist bone) down at lorettas (that sucked)
broken nose
Herniated L5-S1 disc (Muddy Creek national)- just had surgery on this on tuesday, boy that wasn't fun
