Wow. What a joke. If this was Jimmy Albertson or Cody Gilmore, they aren't racing in 2015. Unreal. Money talks I guess.
No offense to either of the riders you listed, but they don't finish high enough to get tested.

Who would have expect anything different? Great to see that he will be able to race again, let's hope that he can put this shit behind him and go for the win at A1.

Article 2.1 CAD which says in
particular “[I]t is each Rider’s personal duty to ensure that no Prohibited Substance enters
his or her body(…)”

Obviously, mr. Daiders is not superstar. Kong, you must be familiar with this story.

Might be.

Am I the only one who noticed that both James and Malcolm ducked out of racing at the same time with severe dehydration?

You mean after Millville?

Yeah. LIke I said, they're all over the ins and outs of that rule apparently.

It says he still has a WADA hearing coming up for not having a TUE in April. They can still hammer him for that.

Who get's worse PR advice...the 7 or the 800?

I was a fan since James was on mini bikes...he lost me as a fan following the incident at Millville. Zero explanation and then crawl in a hole for the rest of the series.
I wonder how much further he would have gone in his career if he had better people helping him along the way.

The thing about James is, that throughout his career, he has chosen to surround himself with "friends" first, and "professionals" second. Case in point, when he started with Suzuki he had one particular mechanic..and started 4-0 outdoors, riding for free, ranting and raving about how awesome his bike is.

Gets rid of that particular mechanic, brings in his "manfriends"... then all of a sudden he is struggling with bike set up.

A properly applied for TUE would have to be accepted. Hopefully just a little slap on the wrist for an obviously prescribed medication would be all that is applied as a penalty.

Getting a prescription for that stuff is like getting a disabled parking sticker, simple to get.

He still lied when he submitted his sample. Why try and cover it up, if everything was legit?

Hopefully he is allowed to race next season, our sport will miss those 4 people that won't watch if he's not there......

According to Steve Cox, lots of riders take the same medication.

They may not have TUE's either, being Josh Grant said the rules need to be more clear and James saying he never knew anything about a TUE.

In a professional sport that drug tests, if you don't know the rules, that's on you. This isn't a weekend hobby. This is their careers. They should know.

Some are saying he's good to go for 2015. But it's still entirely possible that he'll get whacked for the 2014 violation.

Don't go pushing personal responsibility and accountability on people around here. People get really weird about that kind of stuff.

Afterall, it is JS7 we're discussing here. The rules don't really need to apply...

How you can get rid of Leeroy I'll never know. Dude is one helluva wrench/engine man.

Yeah, it's not like NFL players are knocking their wives out cold and dragging them out of an elevator or anything.......I think Motocross will be just fine, bud. The thing you fail to realize is that nobody except the people on this forum actually give a flying fuck about it. Walk down the street and ask 10 people who Ryan Villopoto is....
