I assume it at least costs money and if it's anything like getting a replacement social security card is (government office) then that's at least 2 hours of sitting on your ass waiting. I'm not a patient man and I detest waiting on shit, especially lazy ass people sitting on their ass. It never fails, anytime I have to go to a government office it's a sit and wait game. No one gets in a hurry!! Getting off the soap box now..

If it's cooler than 90 degrees (Fahrenheit, my foreign friends), I will go to Glen Helen where there is no shade anywhere within eyesight of the track.

I've spent a lot of time in the desert, but the real high temps have been tougher to handle the last few years.
I was on a Baja ride a few weeks ago during that heat wave, the one about a week after the Cabo hurricane. I suffered heat exhaustion and I had to get off the bike and hide in the shade for over an hour. At least I wasn't the only one who felt sick and dizzy.

It would have been far more sensible, in a crowd draw sense to have this as the FIRST round, with every contender fit and participating.
What will be the pulling power of the G.H. Round if RV2 doesn't make it due to injury? I believe this is a very real possibility with his knee trouble. I hope I'm wrong but it's on the cards.

Gharmon - do yourself a favour, get that passport and get to an early European round. See RV and broaden your mind.
