Well after first free practice, Herlings is dead last many seconds after next slowest guy...interesting.

Why go hard in free practice when he is going to qualify into the races anyway? He was probably saving his strength and just rolled around to get a look at the track.

So all the Mexican riders are 9+ seconds per lap slower than any of the normal GP guys in the MX1 class? Ouch
