I agree fans don't need to know what there every move is but bloody hell the fans make the sport what it is not the riders!!! With out fans it would be 20 dudes on a SX track by them selfs.

In my opinion he needs to play it straight and tell the fans what he’s thinking. Or tell them what his thoughts are. An honest straight up approach is always the best one.

This has been a year of mystery for RV's fans, eventually they get jaded by it (ask JS7 fans, including his former fans). Clearly folks are starting to get sick of it. Yeah he doesn't owe his fans anything, but his pile of secrets and LIES over the past few MONTHS is getting old. And yes, some of us will say good riddance to him. If you think he doesn't care, you are just more of a tough guy than me.

He was pretty candid in that one and I really wish we still had that type of open dialogue in interviews. I think RV is still comes across with that same style in today's interviews, but he's way more guarded in what he says and this causes people to think he acts a little pissy....not that he doesn't have good reason IMHO, he's been flamed for being so candid and I feel that's really caused him to give the interviews he does today. Also, in my opinion, he's burned out on the whole process with interviews especially considering all the winning he's done and how many times he has a mic shoved in his face afterward....that's got to be tiring, no matter how cool we as fans think it is.
