I can respect and deal with what has been brought to the table with James and his team. If they need to stay quiet, then it is what it is!! Im not gonna blast him or his team for not talking about every detail or bringing up anything public till the process has been concluded.
Pretty simple there Jeep
I bitch about the complainers, which in a sense makes me one of those im describing, yes! But its very frustrating to see people not giving some of these racers space! Its like an ex-girlfriend you just wont leave alone! Take a hint!

If this had been any other sport, what was happening would have been made public almost immediately. Why MX athletes feel like they should be handled differently is beyond me. You clearly support the rider's privacy
Criticizing the critics was my point.
I remember Larry Brooks took family leave time, and he never came back. JSE left JGR because the bike sucked. JSE had a bad day at Unadilla when the mean Euro spanked him so he packed up and went home.
I always liked how he said, I want to run MX, but my team is SX only. Like an MX team would not sigh him up.
I got a sneaky feeling JSE will take some time off, regroup and take the 2015 title by storm, maybe even run a perfect season!
If not, he'll go home, regroup and take the 2016 title by storm.
Maybe that's the issue, to much time regrouping?
The arrest IMO. not that big a deal. We all do stupid shit when we're young. But when you're high profile, you might pay a higher price.
Pit Row
To answer your likewise question, it will probably be RV and Mike Alessi, the next two riders who get the most shit from so called fans.
In the interview, James says that he is taking the WADA deal a lot harder than the arrest because the arrest was just screwing around, off the bike. The WADA deal is racing and could tarnish his legacy. He is also worried about Malcolm and his family getting dragged into it.
He mentioned that if it came down to Adderall or racing, he might just choose Adderall because it helps him so much in normal life / when he is off the bike.
It sounded like he got pretty emotional (as much as you can tell from a printed interview). Some of it seemed like damage control, but for the most part, I thought it came off as genuine.
We need drug testing to protect the children! They will all think they have to do drugs to be able to compete. Our sport won't be taken seriously. We need to become more mainstream!
It's ok if people don't like me sticking up for Stew or any other rider, but I will take that over criticizing these riders repeatedly who have done nothing to me or them. If that's a contradiction I'm ok with that. I have seen that people will fight and argue their right to trash people, I can do the same to stick up for them.
Never said I wasn't a fan or he's "my boy"
