I used the '06 YZ250, but Yamaha interchanges so many of its parts I'm sure other years and bikes would work.

Looks great! By new tank, do you mean brand new OEM?

Brand new Clark. Could not find OEM, but I think the Clark looks fine.

Tank looks just fine- being that it is basically the only white plastic part you don't have to worry about matching shrouds or fenders.

Hey Kyle, it looks like you have a top clamp. I dug thru several boxes of parts and couldn't find the one I offered you. It's in there somewhere, but I have so much junk that it's a needle in a hay stack.

Hey Schwanz, how's the '97 brake carrier on your '93? Could you post pictures?

Thanks for all the comments guys. Barkhard- I'll throw a pic up for you tomorrow. I ordered a new disk, the one that came on the 96 cr250 rear wheel I got is between my 93 rotor and a 97 rotor in size haha. Not sure how that happened... the carrier fit fine though.

Thanks anyway man. I have a pro taper one that I really wanted to use but it didn't come with bar mounts and I don't have any that fit.. also, I'd have to press out my old stem and put it in the 97 lower clamp to make it fit since the 97 stem is longer.. it works with the newer upper though..

Bikes coming along!! Ordered a few more parts and should be finished as soon as they arrive. Not sure if I like the side panel numbers from fx..... I may change those out. I have some NOS white backgrounds so I may just use those with n - style numbers...

I have a brand new in box Emig 47mm Showa triple set up I bought for my '93 that I don't need. Will also fit the other year steelies, like the 95-96. This is the complete kit for standard bar size and with the bung for the brake line holder molded into the lower clamp. Emig sells these for $600. Email me if interested, located in Houston area. $300 shipped. Tiefehunde@gmail.com

What tank did you get? Just a Clarke white or did you find an OEM one somewhere? Same with the airbox. I have been working on sanding and refinishing my stock one to try to get it cleaned up and am getting arthritis!
