Probably does not help, but I've never seen (read) a larger group of jag offs. Pimple infested little wanna be tough guys just waiting to insult someone...because in the real world they are cowards. I guarantee these goofs don't have the nads to talk that way to someone in person. I think I'll stay around and keep insulting the vagina's.
Why would you ever want to insult a vagina?

And you seem to not have any problem being a douche bag, while trying to insult others.

Nah, I think I'll stick around. You really scared me when you posted STFU. You must be really, really tough in person. Obviously...who abbreviates those kinds of tough words other than a really strong and tough guy? How much do you bench?
Do you even bench Bro?

Run a track for a few years and your see how bad it really is. Motocrossers as a whole are the biggest group of bitches and complainers I've even seen.

No other screen name. It is my real first name and the initial of my last name. It is the real city I live in as well. I'm not like the other douche bags that ruin sites intended to be for the fans of a sport.

Hey Paul, it's kinda like a right of passage for the grizzled old guys and people that have been here since the beginning of time to flick new people shit and just flick shit in general....it is what it is, you just have to get to know the feel for the board and know the guys posting style you're interacting with.

That being said, some of the shit that is flicked at people is pretty lame and some people here will pick apart and psychoanalyze just about every word that's written in every topic on this forum and call people out for it....it's kinda pathetic many instances and I'll probably get flamed for this as well....oh well though, just let it roll off.

Did you run up to him, while he was holding a sign that said "sipowicz" and say "Hi, I was wondering if you were detective sipowicz, because I'm a HUGE fan...."

So many of you that run your mouths and say stupid shit to someone on a forum...like this post...hiding behind a computer screen name...and would never have the balls to talk like that to someone in person. Computer smart asses are always giant vagina's in person.

It's not the people you're referring to, it's people like YOU who react badly to them and can't help but reply moaning about it.

Chill out man, it's only the internet.

Very true, but unfortunately that's what we have to put up with. The joys of the net, ey! Just ignore them and they'll go away eventually, haha.

No way bro! He was with his family, and he's too big a celebrity to be bothered...that, and I was way too scared.

Did you at least challenge his family members to a 'bench off'?

Hey Paul, it's kinda like a right of passage for the grizzled old guys and people that have been here since the beginning of time to flick new people shit and just flick shit in general....it is what it is, you just have to get to know the feel for the board and know the guys posting style you're interacting with.

When I first joined, I said something about Dungey (who I like btw) and the next thing I know I experienced the wrath of BobbyM in his prime...I didn't know anything about the board or anything about BobbyM. Needless to say, I was pissed, but I looked around at some of Bobby's other posts and saw it wasn't me, that was his style.....I just ignored it and moved on and I'm still here. Don't worry bout it, let it go, and keep posting....but don't take it personal. Look at motocross racers in general....many are type A, competitive as hell, smart asses that flick everyone shit....especially their friends, always trying to one up each other, but at the end of the day we're good hardworking people that enjoy the company and bench racing of fellow motocrossers.

No, that's not really what i was saying, but if you took it that way or interpreted it that way then I'm sorry. It mainly about getting to know the feel for the forum and the guys in it before you dive in head first...but if you do decide to jump in head first without looking around and getting to know how things work, then best of luck, but don't get pissed when some guy that flicks every new person shit, flicks you shit. Or get pissed and then post about it...see where THAT gets you.

Growing up, I looked at riders to be larger than life. They were on TV and magazines, they're superstars!

Then I met some, became friends with some and spent quite a bit of time around them (future, present and former "stars") and realized they're VERY normal people, they just happen to twist the grip a little bit harder than you and I. They still stalk chicks on Facebook and get turned down, they still have to pay their bills at a restaurant etc etc. Some are humble, but a lot of them have a big ego and truly feel like they are better than the average fan.

I'm 100% certain Davi was relieved you didn't recognize him, and I'm also 100% certain Wil was stoked you said hello. There is a lot of different personalities in MX, but just remember they really are extremely normal people.

Followed closely by track owners, apparently. Wink

We're now missing a couple drive-by posters.

As for not recognizing Davi, I wouldn't sweat it too much. I was at Hangtown one year and watched a fan come up and get Roger D's autograph, with realizing he was standing next to Stefan Everts.

Stefan Everts? Is that that chick that won the WMA a couple years ago??

In that fan's defense, we do see RD without his helmet on a lot. When we saw SE72 he was mostly ripping around a track.

One year at Millville, I tried selling Justin Brayton a pass at the gate (as we had extras). It was one of his first years as a pro, but he looked like a regular flat-billed 'bro' with a bike in his truck without numbers..... until we watched the first pro practice. lol
