What are some of the best companies to go through to get a yearly service and possibly a revalve? I have heard factory connection is very good, but i just wanted to see who is better.

If you're like 90% of the guys on here, you ride on just a few tracks and you do so at a speed far lower than a pro.
A local suspension guy that has a good reputation could be just what you're looking for. Personalized service, assistance at hand while you're battling with your friends for a $4.00 plastic trophy and maybe even a new riding buddy. Works for me.

I'm not bagging on FC, or any other suspension company. If you're a traveling pro, then a big name company is likely a better choice.

I have told this story a few times, so if you have read it before, feel free to skip over my post...

I went to a local guy who has a great reputation in the NW but I couldn't get my forks to feel right. I tried everything. Then Factory Connection opened a shop in Portland so I decided to take my suspension there and the results are night and day. I wish i would have done that the first time around...

There are so many good tuners, and there might be one 5 miles from you.
There are a some individual tuners that take care of many professional racers.
These guys are many times hired by the suspension companies to do what they do best for the rider they may be sponsoring at the time.
Some are hired by the manufacturers as well or come from the manufacturers.
Some young pro riders hire these guys directly and pay for the tuning as they are not getting the free ride. They do some track side testing at least initially to get the needed info.

Who actually has his hands on your suspension Smile a tuner or a tech.
I am a tech.
A very practiced, and professional one, but still a tech.

I have only used my local race tech shop. But have always been happy with it.
