Uh, I think Yamaha got 11 wins and a c'ship in 2009!Huh

And don't kid yourself, James is a sponsors dream! Just his personality alone trumps RV'sWoohoo

Kongols you sound like my wife now when you say "everyone" I really don't care about your respect because you obviously
base it on things you don't even know so there is nothing I can do about that. I'm sure there were lots of circumstances that
led up to the decisions that were made and it has no reflection on how great James Stewart is in sx/mx history. James said
himself " I was hurt that they didn't even offer me a contract." I don't know all the why's and what's that led up to Kawasaki's
decision, but I heard plenty at the time and to tell the truth I was hoping that Ryan and James would be on the same team.
I really liked James Stewart at the time, SX only, Bubba's world, and the things that happened on the track with Ryan soured
me a bit, but I feel he has come full circle for me and I feel it's an awesome chance for us to watch two of the best ever. So I
will continue to post whether I gain or lose your respect. Have a blessed Easter day, it is about forgiveness.
"the things that happened on the track with Ryan"

WTF are you talking about? What did James do to RV?

I'll give ya that. James is one cool cat. Probably the best interviewer in the business. And even though the dude pushes himself hard.....he seems to still have fun riding his bike. I think when RV retires.....that'll be it. Won't see him any more. When James retires......I hope he sticks around in the industry some how. I think he would be great in the booth honestly.

Never said I got any info from Uncle. Where did you get that from? And why on earth are you attacking him again? Seems like every time the guy posts about his own nephew .....you and a few others can't wait to come in here and start slamming him.

I see Uncle sticking up for his nephew ( who wouldn't?? ).......and I also see 95% of the time , him giving praise to James. I know for a fact he respects James more than you'll ever know.

You have to learn how to separate the shit slinging towards the fantards and realize it's not towards James really at all. In fact there a lot of guys ( like me for instance ) that are big Stewart fans , but we don't want to side with the crazy ass fans on this site........buncha friggin' loons!

Oh....almost forgot.......4peat Bitch! Woohoo
Sticking up for his nephew in a Stewart thread that has nothing to do with his nephew. Riiiigh...

So I thought. You know just as much as the next guy. Change your username and you can say whatever you THINK you know. As it is right now you know shit but just because you are an uncle of RV a lot of not so sharp people will take your info as a fact (even when it`s not) simply because you`re uncle of RV. And then we have guy`s like Jeffro503 running around calling people idiots thinking that he got solid info from THE UNCLE.

That's not true, I listened to a podcast he did with pulp & he said he wanted to race mx & was waiting to see if factory Yamaha would support him. He could of won 09 &10 pretty easy.

Yamaha got a Championship 5 years ago but then James leaving JGR submarined any good he did.

That was a Manufactures nightmare , James dumping Yamaha for Suzuki will take years to over come.

Well, it's 50/50, he wanted to race mx, but same time he wanted to beat MC's records, 72w and 7titles, and he's main goal was beat MC's records..

It's not James' fault Yamaha built a shitty bike! And that just goes to show ya how much influence James has! There were plenty of guys(Reed, DV, etc....) that spoke out publicly on how bad the bike was, but James gets all the blame. And the funny part is James never said anything bad about the bike publicly!

On the last "Behind the Dream" video Albrecht(sp?) said there was nothing wrong with the JGR bike, it was a confidence problem James had. Seems he'd know, he's been with James before when James was winning!...

What did you expect the Manager and someone that's on JGR's payroll to say? Dizzy So now Jeremy knows James better than James knows himself? And I'm sure it was a confidence problem, but what do you think caused that confidence problem?Whistling

Let recap what we know after leaving JGR!

2012 MX title... crashed out of contention.

2013 SX title... injured self, out of contention.

2013 MX title... crashed out of contention.

2014 SX title... crashed out of contention.

Totals since the switch 2 years ago: 6 SX wins and 1 MX moto win resulting in an overall.

Not a whole lot of difference is there?...

This year he has looked amazing but the Championship result is the same.

So it's a thread about Stewart leaving Kawasaki and the RV huggers feel the need to come in and (once again) start shit for no apparent reason.

Well Dan......this thread has no place for facts. It's either you get on your knee's and start chowin' loads......or.....your a member of the KKK.

It really is a lose-lose situation.

But..... These threads can make you laugh , and from a medical stand point , that's supposed to be good for us. So keep visiting the JS7 Threads......it does a body good! Smile

It's not that facts are bad, it's how they are presented. When you come in here and starting saying things like "Oh....almost forgot.......4peat Bitch!" or when Uncleof2 comes in with his backhanded compliments of Stewart, it puts you right on the level of all the doping noobs you people make fun of.

Some of you want to come in threads like this and just start shit by talking down Stewart or sucking the skin off of RV's balls. No wonder he wants to retire.

I'm a JS fan but Kawasaki made a great decision.
Amazing the things you can see in hindsight, huh?

Kawi was probably more than a little worried about RV all the way through 2010.

2012 MX - racing MX for the first time in 5 years and wins the first 4 motos.

2013 SX & MX - yep, a torn ACL will yield those results. Actually I'm surprised he won 2 races.

2014 SX - will probably get 2nd in the c'ship and has looked the best he has since 2009. Yep I think he getting his confidence back!Woohoo

Are you serious with that quote. Ryan is one big part of the "why did Stewart leave Kawi? And you completely missed what I was saying by your response. I do know more than the next guy when in comes to my nephew and when I say something it is
based on what I know. More often then not I can't say anything until after the fact, it's called keeping a secret. I only know the
Ryan side of the story and what he has said, his dad has said, his uncle has said, and his agent and trainer have said. I don't
know everything, but who does.

I've come to realize it doesn't matter how many riders say a completely revolutionized bike was not up to par (there was a shit load of them) Reed, Burner, Ferry, JT$, Bailey and Pourcel, just to name a few, there will be a few so called fans that try to bag on James for those years. It is very strange.

When you say things on the track between them, do ya mean racing incidents or the way James treated him personally . I used seem like after a race James acted kinda crappy towards Ryan back in the 2010 ish ( give or take )era. I'm a stewart fan, but never thought to highly of what I saw.

You cant go by what he says. James is riding the bike not him. You really think he is going to say ya the bike is a piece of shit? Get real! Ferry said on pulp he rode the 2010 5 laps and was scared for his life. You really think J- bone knows more than Reed, Ferry, Stewart? James has always crashed or won that's no lie, but the fact that the guy got like what 6 wins in 3 years on that bike? That has to say somtihing! Reed left Honda and went to a Kawi and started winning again, I don't hear anyone saying it was not the bike.

I've always thought that James and RV didn't care a lot for one another, but this year James has been very complimentary towards RV. Did you notice at Seattle James came up to RV after the race to shake RVs hand and RV looked totally in shock!Smile and Mike Williamson patted James on the butt. I thought that was a cool moment!

Speaking of Mike Williamson. Wasn't he James' mechanic when he went 24-0 in the outdoors? He's had quite the career too
