The Mx2 races were even better...great track, top racing. It had hills and bumps... Just what you need.

The TV obviously didn't show how steep those hills are,or how gnarly that track was,AC went down more than once, awesome racing, one of the best GP' s I seen in absolutely ages`.

I like the races, but the announcing is terrible. I had to laugh when the play by play guy described a dude who got out of shape and almost went down "untidy" i was thinkin, what happened, did he crap his pants or something... Laughing

It's nice to check out our fellow racers from across the pond in some good ol' fashioned MX. Italy yesterday was a brutal track and had some great racing. The 2nd 450 moto was definitely one to watch!! The lites class as well was really good.

If you guys haven't been catching these on CBSSN.....you should! Some great racing going on!
You should. The top GP riders have smoked your boys the last two years. AC and Herlinsg are the best two riders in the world, outdoors.

Any of you guys know where you can get the GPs on Foxtel in Australia? I've gotten them a few times but they're all just 20 minute highlight shows.

Like watching the racing and new tracks but the production has room for improvement. Too many commercials and the announcers and intros sound like they are falling asleep. Was hopping Tonus would hold off JH84 that moto but it wasn't to be...

Ya it seems intermittent but last year they were on Eurovision full time.

Really enjoy watching them also. Matter of fact, enjoy it better than watching our races here. The announcers are so much better, and the races aren't all about advertising. It's more about the racing, less fluff.
In the UK TV channels are restricted by law as to how much commercial break time they can have per hour. Depending on the type on channel it's a maximum of 7 or 9 minutes advertising per hour.

But even in the live GP coverage on Motors TV there's only one commercial break of about 2 minutes during an entire 30 minute + 2 lap moto.

Is CBSSN showing all the races or just select races? I can upgrade my sports package to get it.

CBS Sports Network will showcase the GP Series as part of its CBS Sports Spectacular programming, according to Youthstream.
The Grand Prix Series will air on a same-day basis, starting with the opening round in Qatar on March 1.
The Monster Energy Motocross of Nations also has been confirmed to return on CBS Sports Network, Youthstream says. This year’s event will be held in Latvia at the Kegums circuit on September 28.

Here is where you can see all the races including the 2 stroke classes EMX125 and EMX300:

And you can watch them live or later if you want. Wink

Great way to spend a fiver ^ and well worth it. I knew (or heavily suspected) that this would be a quality GP, partly due to the series returning to Europe with the atmosphere and quality of tracks "most" of the European rounds bring. No adverts, no dodgy or inconsistent stream links - just solid moto action for several hrs (even more when it lines up with the awesome EMX 125 action). Good to see more fans across the pond also enjoying it this year too.

Just hoping that Tonus and the rest can keep the racing closer this year in MX2. It's going to be even more difficult once Jeffrey fully recovers but I think it's fair to say that the field has caught up a little bit regardless. Perhaps a few more moto wins can be snatched by other riders here and there, and of course Jeffrey has to stay off the deck. 450s were awesome... I know there were a few people questioning the depth of MX1 after Brazil with Tony's domination, but as we saw this weekend; although he is clearly the favourite in this field, he doesn't have everything his own way and there's plenty of riders who can challenge for GP wins and perhaps the title. Gutted for Paulin though.

It definitely kept Van Horbeek in the hunt for a win,he'd have been toast if not after an awesome haul of a Moto eh

The commentry is fine for me,and most Euros, but to a lot of Americans it's their biggestgripe,Im not overly keen on the US "over-enthusiasm" sometimes but I must admit I really liked Bailey in with Malin for the USGP's and Albertson when he did a few too

I think CBS must be crowbarring a few additional commercials into their broadcast, there aren't that many on MotorsTV or Eurosport. If you watch on mx-gp.com there are none.

Hopefully someone uploads the whole motos soon. I've just been able to watch the highlights but it all looks crazy! This here is impressive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--L57Bc6-nk
His bike looks so good. front end seems to stick to everything yet he can still pin it and smash it through those rollers.
He made everyone look average in Brazil.

The last 2 years, the GP's have been pretty good especially the Euro based rounds.

I do enjoy watching AMA outdoors more though, maybe just because we get to see GP's all the time over here....?

This! I can tell they are because the announcers are in mid-sentence when they go to commercial break.

I have Direct TV so it is probably different , but go into the search function and just type in MXGP and see what comes up. They do replay's a couple times during the week as well.
