McE, Damn that was an amazing crash...and he still qualified.....
Anderson got lucky his timing thru that section left him in the air....

I say Mcelrath, that was some crazy stuff. I know it wasn't close but could one imagine if he got bucked alittle harded and made a frontflip?! Call me what ever you want but a frontflip and qualify might have been greatest moment ever. As if what actually happened wasn't already crazy enough.

Actually, the Wilson case job and almost endo had potential for a huge wad-up as well. That could have definitely been a season ender for Wilson. He was so close to the front wheel tucking and a huge endo, instead of just casing and getting launched off his bike. That was a crazy race. Incredible crashes, and amazing to see guys walk away from them.

I would have pulled the same front flip to back landing as well. Safer that way.

This years Seattle seemed to be quite treacherous. From the very first practice on there were a lot of guys on the ground, and a lot of them were pretty violent crashes!! I saw Nicoletti hit the ground at least 3 different times very hard, one time his bike being so bent up his bars had to be at 45deg angle to the front wheel!!

Stewarts case of that quad was beyond just coming up short, in practice Hill cased it bad but not a whole bike length short like Stewy. I am actually really surprised the injury list didn't grow quite a bit after Seattle.
