Phenomenal looking RM! If my son were staying on his RM85, that's what I'd want to make it look like.

Ok guys it has been a while but here are some shots of the progress I'm still in the process of waiting on shock and other things but coming together pretty good except for the sub frame witch I noticed is broken by one of the seat bolts but other than that it's good I think.

Looking good man! Definately ready to see some more progress on it. Those RMs are some bad mothers! I'd like to be able to build one myself. Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to afford it.

Do you know what the code for the color of the frame was? Looking to get mine repainted/coated in yellow.

Benton your bike looks great. I did my 2005 YZ250 by Soda Blasting the engine and then polishing the cases.

This is a great build, and the other members who have chimed in have beautiful rides too. I love Zook smokers, any year, I think I am going to keep my eye out for a clean one to build up myself.

Thinking of letting this mint 04 go. I've got shop Manuel, title and all stock parts. Bike has under 30 hours on it. Showa Works connection springs, valved and sprung by Evo Suspension in Phoenix Az by AEO Powersports for 205-215 lbs. It has twin walls, boysen case covers on both sides, red radiator hoses fmf silencer, light speed carbon fiber frame guards. Frame is in perfect condition. Meticulously maintained. I recently sold the black excel wheels and Ti pegs. So it has a set if silver stock excel suzuki wheels off of my last 05 rm. If someone is serious I can get some hd photos to you via email. seth.stovall@gmail.com for info.

Ok guys so in the process of moving and my wife wrecking two vehicles this month I got a little progress on the bike got all the suspension back from my buddy at PRO ACTION who gave me a killer deal on a whole rebuild. Anyway things are coming along good don't mind the used air box I had on another project of mine the other was broken but wheels look good and bike will be together I estimate two weeks still got a few things to buy but other than that it's coming along nice let me know what you guys think!

I was going to buy a DEP system for it but had this silencer laying around in a box of parts thought why not so I repacked it and just bought a head pipe off eBay so going a little bit different route but in the end I think it will look good all the same!
