Rex.....I'd love to volunteer my skills as I'm a drywall / remodel finisher by trade licensed here in Oregon. I'm not sure if any Drywall work would need to be done or exactly where the job may be located at but If it's something I could possibly do you can count me in. If it's in the Seattle area though.....that may be a bit rough for me since I'm about 3hrs south of there. But like I was saying....if I can help I will.

Jeffro,

Thanks...we will be in touch...

We are still in the process of identifying the winning child so location is still unknown. Just will be somewhere in our region.

You're welcome Rex. I'll help out if I can but it all boils down to location really. If it's something that isn't all that far away I'd love to help out of you guys need some drywall work done. If it's something that can give me a big enough heads up I can move things around to make it work.

I am not a contractor by trade, but do like working on projects and am ADD detailed. If you have a work party, add me to it too. Jeff, if you make it up and need a place to stay, you are always welcome here.

Thanks Mike! If it's something I'm capable of doing , I'll be getting a hold of you if I need to stay up towards that way.

I don't do any of this by trade, but I'd be willing to help out for sure!

Wish I could help but I am to far away. Looked at the site to make a donation but can't find a direct donation email or address. Can I get a link to send a few bucks.

Hey folks, our plan is coming together and it doesn't look like we will need all that many "specialists", but we will need a handful of people to help paint and assemble things. Shoot me an email at brett@mxforchildren.org to sign up!

Damn....I wish this was closer to the Portland area. I'd love to help but I am swamped to the gills with work right now. About 3 - 4 weeks of more hell weeks and I should start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

BTW.....Rex or MX4C.....please post some pictures of the project! I really want to see what happened here!

Hi Jeffro,

Will do...

Brett is driving this project along with Paul Gross & we will keep you informed via our various media outlets - FB, web, etc.

We will be sure to post before and after images.

Thanks for everybody's support - a SX fan will be much happier here...

Rex
