Hey guys, ive been talking to several companies trying to get parts for my 93 cr250 build and just thought id share incase y'all are looking for similar parts. Works Connection is in the process of making new 92-96 Cr250 frame gaurds!! They should be in stock in about a week, which is great because I havent been able to find any for a while.

Also, ceet racing is custom making me a one off OEM replica seat cover that should be just like the original with better materials. It shipped yesterday and ill post pics when I get it. I had a pit replica cover but the color was wrong and it didnt fit worth a damn. They did offer a refund after sending pics of the cover tearing while trying to instal it. That's it for now, I have more in the works but don't want to say anything till I know its official.

Cool, Toni Boselli (the owner of Ceet IIRC) is a great dude.

What did Ceet charge for the cover? I was quoted $350 for a replcement for my 1994 KX250. Purple vinyl with a 2 tone graphic.

Heres the difference between the pit replica seat cover (dark one) and the custom Ceet racing cover (neon red one). The material quality of the Ceet one is also much muh better (stretchier material)

Good to know about the CEET cover, as I don't think the other one will last very long-feels thin. I got the other one as did you, was a bitch to get on without wrinkles!

How did you manage that? Who did you speak to? I've called making a similar request (not for a Honda), and the kid who answered the phone was no help at all.

There is a ton of interest for a PC works style pipe for these mid year cr's! If they didn a run of 50 I should think they would sell them all. Id be down for 1.

I'll see what I can do, I'm not sure if they would be willing to put a whole bunch back in production I know he was going to just make one for me quick as a favor. But I'm sure if there's enough interest they may do it. I also talked to my friend at works connection and they have about 25 to 30 frame guards available now.

Still looks pretty sick though. I told them they should do a limited run. He said he would throw the idea at the big man (mitch). Mine ships Monday, cant wait to see it!! Ill post pics when it arrives. The best part is, I got a sick hook up on the pipe :-)

Hey - how did the lettering on the Ceet cover hold up (I'm assuming you put a season on it already).

I'm thinking about getting the same one, but if the lettering fades quickly then I'll save the extra $30.

Thanks!
