How do you go back and take money away from the up and coming riders who are trying to make a little money to help out their career. He has already been down that road so why go back and steal(basically)from them being that he is a PRO rider earning PRO money!!!!!

Seems fine to me......Unsure I I had ever had anywhere near the ability I would have loved to have a pro show up and ride.

Seems fine to me as surely extra paying customers came to watch and Local / visiting riders get a chance to take the Big Dog down.

I have always thought the only way to make a rapid improvement is racing the best or faster competition in any sport. Especially when you get the opportunity to do it on your own turf. Reckon there would have been some happy kids after meeting Mike.

Our club did it for a few years and spent over 50k a year just to fly the riders in, then bikes, accommodation, fuel etc.
It was Fundraised and used my sons Sporting grants to make it work. Best use we ever had of the money, great to watch riders from down South melt away in the 40+c temperatures. They realized why my son had to be pulled off the gate at one of there races from being sooo cold, he turned pink and purple, normally brown skin.

Old Mates Son won his first Senior Open race and picked up cool prize money Matt rode a stock YZ 1998 250 banger with Muffler wire tied on and Jake finished 2nd on a YZ 125 stocker Great days, Mud Crabs for dinner cannot beat them for tucker.

Op Feel for Mike as he probably won't be able to sleep knowing you have lost respect for him.
