Malcolm doesn't require as much maintenance as James

I've seen the same chick behind big James in another video after the race. I think it was during Josh Hill's post race interview.

Not surprising.

The more competitive a racer, the more high stung they are, the more high maintenance they are. Nothing unusual.

He also mentioned about a lot of people around James telling him different.

I think this has a lot to do with it. The higher profile of James would result in a lot more people around him in his ear and a lot more distractions. So James Snr would have more of that to worry about and keep on top of.

He also doesnt require as large a trophy case.

Way higher demand of James time and attention. A lot less time to focus on himself.

I think big James is a cool dude. I bet he is a lot of fun at the family bbq's.

I don't know, how much maintenance do those dreadlocks require?

Big James sound more like (Carl Malone) James

I bet he is too. My buddy and I talked to Big James for ten minutes or so in the PHX pits during James's rookie year. He's a great guy, it was a real pleasure talking to him. Anyway, you're comment made me think back to part of Eddie Murphy's routine about a family BBQ, his Uncle 'Now that's a FIRE!' Gus.
