We get it. You don't like Jeff Alessi. The kid messed up a few times, but who hasn't. The Alessi's are just passionate people. Yeah the laser thing was pretty bad, hopefully it was a turning point for him. We all have our faults.

I can say nothing about people aroung the track, or inside the track!! but Jeff rode perfectly, he made a mistake, and after the mistake he was not able to take a jump correctly, then he crashed, I know in my country this type of race are not even close of what you have back in the states!! but we are trying to. after this incident, we are changing a lot of stuff in our organization.

C'mon now dude... theres nothing hitting alessi's helmet!! You want me to do an slow motion of that moment..so you can see it?? It seems they are hitting him...but they are not..its just minimal rocks that comes out from alessi's rear tire. because of the angle they are flying, its a new mode of the gopro named superview, when things are getting closer they take another shape.

But anyways, I was there you were not, we r gonna b back and forth with this, the only thing I can say, I dont feel proud of how people were conducting during the race, its not appropriate, they have to be outside of the track so the riders could race normally, but we wont ever never throw things to anybody, thats for sure.

Honestly man, if you watch that footage in HD and slow it up around that point, you'll see that there's no way that could be a bottle. Remember what you're saying, a FUCKING BOTTLE Shocked hits his helmet. Don't you think his head would move a little bit after being hit with a bottle? All you see is a little spec that looks as though it's right next to his helmet. A fraction of a second later it magically disappears.

Maybe his arm is just that good, throwing bottles and such at speeds reaching 400 mph +. What do I know Whistling

There are two or three other guys in this same thread that said when they raced there......they had stuff thrown at them during the race. And then in the video it looks like shit is being thrown at Jeff.......and you're saying people don't throw things at the riders?

No man, people dont throw things at the riders..YESSS they are so fucking excited cuz of the race,,,they forgot that fuckin bike is coming at high speed and can kill'em!! We dont have proper sits for people,, they just pay around 3 dollars so they can see they race and they can be wherever they want around the track, I am not part of the organization of the races, I just have a website who is in charge of everything regarding motor races back in DR.

I remember this guy how came over, Bobby Piazza, his mom was shocked when she sees everybody around the track and at the gate, she was trying to move everybody from piazza's place. she was scared!! Thats an issue we were having since always, I am very sorry for this situation, but we are doing our best to solve this.

Even if Jeff didn't get pelted with anything or had the locals reaching out to grab his bars or body (which I find really hard to believe seeing that at some points on the track they are less than arm length away), having them on the blindside of landings has really got to mess with your focus on pushing forward as fast as you can. Even though it was entertaining and funny as hell to watch, that is dangerous as shit.

It's never okay to deliberately ride your bike into a person, or use it in a threatening manner against a track official (regardless of the rider's perception). Especially as a representative of the United States in a foreign country. Certainly Jeff had his share of frustrations while in the DR, but nothing short of someone waving a weapon in your face justifies using his bike against that flagger.

I dont get how this thread has turned to shit . Jeff was there and has explained what happened what possible reason would he have to lie it was an invitational race he didnt have anything to lose if he came first or last it wouldnt have mattered and no one would have give a shit. If it wasnt for the crowd half the people on this thread wouldnt have even watched the video. Its clear a lot of people here just dont like jeff and will talk any old shit to make him look like an ass.

I've kept up with this thread since it started bud,and I wasn't quoting you saying F, i was used it to emphasize the fact that saying something like a glass bottle hit his head in that pic is ridiculous. I'm not saying he didn't have things thrown at him, all I'm saying in that particular instance (in the pic that has been posted repeatedly) I have a hard time believing that's a bottle. Even if things are thrown at the riders, they can't be that bad since there is never any sudden or odd movements made by jeff during the video.

Not sure whats worse, the track, or those fans. I can find wild animals smarter than those people in the video.
