Can't see RV winning SX this year.

Everybody assumes that RV will be the exact same rider he has been the last few years. Nobody has even considered the possibility that 2013 was the peak of his ability and that he won't be the same in 2014. I'm not at all saying that this will be the case, but it's something to consider. Most all-time greats didn't get gradually worse; most of them were on top of the world, and then lost something the next year.
Of course anything can happen, but I don't see RV getting any worse. If he retires after 2015, like it's been rumored, then I believe he's going out on top. I don't see anybody beating him and I think he can still get better. If he goes out after the 2015 season, I see him doing it like RC, going out and leaving more championships on the table. RC could have won a few more and I think RV could continue winning after 2015 too. If RV stays healthy he wins the next two SX and MX championships.

Yeah Mc had Carmichael to deal with, RV has 5 people who can beat him and a few of them have straight up beat him before.
