Just got this via carrier pigeon...

Cole Thompson will be riding the KTM 350 from A1 until Joey Savatgy returns. While Joey may not even miss a single east coast round, if he does, Cole will continue with the team in his absence.

Good news for Cole. I am surprised they are putting him on a 350. I guess we all know he can ride a 450 well. But replacing a 250 rider with a 350 in the 450 class seems a little weird. Also it would cost them more money (more rounds)....

He's scheduled to race the East rounds with Red Bull KTM Canada....while Joey is on Rockstar KTMHuh I wonder how that works. Conflicting sponsors and all. Probably cause it's for the West rounds, but none the less, great for Cole.

Did something happen to Cole? I don't recall hearing anything about him or seeing him out there.
