Saw on his Facebook page he was searching for a ride and mentioned no two stroke for 2014.

Laughing haha yep I couldn't remember his name, thanks for helping me out! Hopefully he comes on here and lets us know, I hope the entire team didn't fold leaving all the riders high and dry? Maybe Joey Peters mom has some insight? Sucks for the Champ anyway you slice it

Motoconcepts scholarship candidate, hope he brings it at A1 and has a shot for that ride!

Scott didn't feel the bike was going to be competitive and they were not paying him as promised. Typical small team bs.

Hmm. I just talked to Scott a little while ago. According to him, the team had a sponsor that didn't come through, and they scaled back out of Supercross.

Scott has a 250 West gig with Slaton Racing along with Preston Mull.

Yep....that's the truth. We were all set to go and a major co-sponsor backed out. Charles is doing everything possible (even starting another company to help fund the team) to get the boys racing. I was looking forward to SX, but things happen. Now our main focus is MX.
I've really gotten to know Charles and his wife Erin. They are true moto people. Please do not come on here and bash them with the "I told you so" attitude. They are doing their best to provide a team. That's what is most important. Wink

Dang, I was looking forward to seeing the TSM team at Oakland, guess I'll have to wait until Hangtown.

I guess if it could happen to Jeremy F'n McGrath, it could happen to Charles and the TSM crew. Bummer.

Newmann that's the same analogy I used when talking with my son about it!! Hopefully things will go better than expected for MX and it will draw sponsors for SX next year.

Sad news for the riders, especially since Charles "had the checkbook ready" a few months back?!

i would think of a 2 stroke team as a big hit for sponsors and fans alike. there is a decent 2 stroke rebirth going on. wasnt it Renner on a yz 125 at daytona and redbuuuuud that got a ton of hype, love, and exposure?
